Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, our Reception and Concierge teams are the first points of contact for staff and visitors to ABN’s Leederville office.
As part of our Reception and Concierge team you will be greeting customers and ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed with a customer-focussed, respectful and professional approach.
A customer-centric, hospitality driven, exceptional communication skills and commitment to guest experience are essential to the success of this role.
Your responsibilities will include but not limit you to:
- Meet and greet clients and visitors to the showroom and office
- Answer and redirecting calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide a high level of customer service and hospitality at all times
- Connect clients effectively with the most appropriate contact within the building
- Management of meeting rooms and common areas
- Ensure the showroom is maintained and presented to an exceptional standard
- Establish strong working relationships with ABN Group staff across all business units
- General administration and office duties as require
To be considered for this role you must possess.
- Previous experience in delivering a high level of customer service (retail, hotel, airline or hospitality experience would be highly regarded)
- Experience liaising with a range of stakeholders including Executives
- Excellent communication skills, including an outstanding telephone manner
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Good computer and data entry skills
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Experience with Visitor Management Systems would be highly regarded
