Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably 2-year working experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent
- MUST able to communicate in both English and Mandarin
- Proactive and good communication skills
- Service-oriented
- Team player
- Able to work shifts
- Able to work on weekends and PH
- Willing to learn new software systems required for work
- Knowledgeable in Point of Sales (POS) is an advantage
- Good in oral and written communication
Responsibilities:
- Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service
- Familiar with POS system
- Assists in phone and online booking and WhatsApp reservations;
- Handle walk-in customers enquires and complaints
- Karaoke room allocation and arrangement
- Register all check-in customers
- Ensure all cash amounts are accurate at the beginning and at the end of every work shift
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Ensure a neat and tidy appearance
- All other ad-hoc duties assigned by outlet manager
