    We are currently looking for a passionate Reception Manager, to join our Front Office on an permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Reception Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

  • To ensure the smooth operation of the reception team by being present on the front desk, leading by example and supporting team members.
  • To assess problems or guest complaints or situations, taking proper, prompt, corrective action, ensuring the best possible satisfaction to our guests.
  • To participate in and help develop training programs for staff, maintaining high morale, minimising turnover and concentrating on staff development.
  • To assist in the preparation of work schedules for effective staffing, ensuring efficient operation of the Front Desk within specific labour standards.
  • To ensure standardised credit approval, deposit policy, letters and group handling.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
