Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Full Time Reception Manager to join our team. In this role you will manage and support our employees and Health Care Professionals. You will be responsible for dealing with all day-to-day requirements of running a professional Medical Centre.

THE TASKS

  • Identify, review, and trouble-shoot operational and administrative issues
  • Identify areas of improvement and drive change
  • Monitoring practice safety and standards across the clinic including Accreditation
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and create admin, nursing and dr rosters
  • Recruitment and management of Staff including performance reviews
  • Ability to work within documented policies and procedures ( SOP’s)
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including the Operations Manager, Clinic Owners and Partners, Group Managers, and internal stakeholders within the centre
  • Monitor budget, uploading invoices, bank reconciliation, payment advice
  • Staff onboarding and training
  • Point of contact for all clinic enquiries and complaints
