Description:

WE ARE RECRUITING A RECEPTION MANAGER TO LEAD A FANTASTIC RAPPORT TEAM IN CENTRAL LONDON.

Are you readdy to make your mark with the leading provider of Corporate Guest Services? Do you have a management background in five-star hotels, premium airline industry or other leading corporate Guest Services businesses? Are you looking for a new challenge to stimulate your skills?
This role is 40 hours per week, between 7.30 AM and 7 PM, with 8 hour shifts, some flexibility is required.

Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities

  • To inspire, engage and guide the team towards the achievement of service excellence
  • To work effectively with others in the organisation, seeking input, contributing ideas and sharing relevant information ideas and suggestions with the team.
  • To actively participate and contribute at meetings in the business
  • To maintain a strong awareness of business activity and ensure that the client expectations about client front of house are consistently delivered and developed
  • To stay close to the business and the client and develop excellent working relationships, at all levels
  • To comply with the Reception Services standard operating procedures (SOPs) manual and keep up to date with new information. To familiarise yourself with site specific SOPs.
  • To guide and develop team members on a daily basis
