Responsibilities:
- As a Reception Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, representing the Welcome Department in a friendly, energetic and professional manner by telephone, email and face-to-face consistently delivering a Five-Star level of service to our guests in a fast-paced environment.
- Be responsible for supervising the front of house operations within the hotel.
- Work with the management team to ensure strong morale amongst the team at all times.
- Assist in achieving goals in relation to mystery audits, quality evaluations and hotel standards.
- Assist in efficiently and effectively controlling front office departmental operations.
- Deliveri a memorable experience, working with all departments throughout the Hotel to deliver and exceed guest expectations.
- To use up-selling techniques and promote hotel facilities
