Description:
Join us as a Reception Team Leader, where you will lead the team at two ground floor receptions and one in-house reception in a vibrant multi-tenanted office building. Your role includes day-to-day management of a team of 17 front of house members. Located in Canary Wharf, you will work in a beautiful building surrounded by diverse office spaces, shops, and restaurants. Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota between 7 AM and 7 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)
Responsibilities:
- Developing strong relationship with your team members along with leading, training and motivating them
- Organising and executing job chats and monitor the performance of your team
- Building a strong relationship with your Client, management and other Service Partners within the building
- Proactively communicating with the Management Team, the Client and other Stakeholders
- Ensuring the correct Rapport and site procedures are followed together with ensuring that the H&S standards are met
- Rota management
- Welcoming, meeting, greeting, and registering guests at the main reception
- Proactively dealing with guest requests in an efficient, friendly and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally
- Handling all external and internal calls in a professional and timely manner
- Reporting of all facility-related issues, including health and safety, and following company service and H&S standards at all times
