We are exclusive distributors of Thermia Heat pumps and also supply Mitsubishi Ecodan range of Heat Pump Systems, as well as Underfloor heating, Ventilation, Solar PV & EV Car Chargers providing green renewable energy solutions for Installers, businesses & home owners in Ireland, North & South.
Based in Dundalk, we are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, ambitious, & customer orientated Receptionist & accounts admin person to join our growing team.
Education:
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management:
- Have a friendly personality and positive disposition
- Have an excellent phone manner and call handling skills
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly & professional manner.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with general clerical & admin tasks supporting the Accounts function.
- Have good experience using an accounts package
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office - word and excel
- Have good scheduling and communication skills
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years Reception/Accounts Admin experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
