We are exclusive distributors of Thermia Heat pumps and also supply Mitsubishi Ecodan range of Heat Pump Systems, as well as Underfloor heating, Ventilation, Solar PV & EV Car Chargers providing green renewable energy solutions for Installers, businesses & home owners in Ireland, North & South.
Based in Dundalk, we are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, ambitious, & customer orientated Receptionist & accounts admin person to join our growing team.

Education:

  • Diploma of Higher Education (preferred

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management:
  • Have a friendly personality and positive disposition
  • Have an excellent phone manner and call handling skills
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly & professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist with general clerical & admin tasks supporting the Accounts function.
  • Have good experience using an accounts package
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office - word and excel
  • Have good scheduling and communication skills
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years Reception/Accounts Admin experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.
