As the first point of contact for our clients, your role is vital in setting the tone for their journey to better health. You’ll be the friendly face and voice that greets and supports our clients, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

Responsibilities:

As a Receptionist, your role is vital as you are the first point of contact when clients enter the clinic. Your mannerism and personality will need to shine bright as you will form part of our client’s AMS experience and journey towards better health. Your clinical support is necessary to ensure smooth operation of AMS and all practitioners schedules.
As one of our AMS front-of-house team members, you will play a pivotal role our driving positive client experience and supporting our clinical team by;
⭐ Patient management tasks which involve checking patients in, processing payments, making bookings, answering phones and responding to enquiries
⭐ Preparing online patient files, and assisting with preparation of marketing material
⭐ Provide support to our Clinicians to assist them with a smooth transition between patients
⭐ Maintaining our reception, gym floor and waiting area to ensure its always kept tidy and is presentable
⭐ Assist our Directors and Admin Coordinator in a range of tasks
⭐Exceptional telephone manner, excellent verbal, and written skills, organised and efficient at time management
⭐ Proficient in building and nurturing rapport with clients across diverse age groups, cultural backgrounds, and genders.
⭐Studio maintenance
⭐Ensuring patient accounts are up to date and settled
⭐Management of online shop orders
⭐ Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, procedures, and administrative tasks as needed.
