We are looking to hire someone anxious about working in the professional world to represent our company well via the phone and personal intereaction as this person will be the first point of contact whenever someone calls or enters the building. This person will interact with all customers and employees day in and day out. This person will need to be well spoken, presentable, patient, and punctual. Below, you will find a list of responsibilities and requirements, included but not limited to, for this postion.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Depending on the assigned task, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work with some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, packages, mail, etc. Many tasks will require sitting for longer periods of time. The employee is regularly required to use hands, reach with hands and arms, type, talk, and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and appropriately direct incoming calls
  • Assist with all admin department needs, this can change daily.
  • Greets guests and customers that enter the building and direct them appropriately
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
  • Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring cameras and phones, & monitoring logbook.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Attention to Detail
  • General Understanding of Construction related projects is a plus
  • Handles reptition well
  • Ability to learn quickly and develop the positon by assiting Admin Staff
  • Presentable. This person must maintain good hygeine, stature, and dress appropiately within System Integrations Dress code which is Business Casual.
