RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - WESSEX MULTI ACADEMY TRUST (CENTRAL TEAM)
35 hours per week, term time only
Salary: Grade 3 (SCP 3-4) £22,737 - £23,114 (£11.79—£11.98 per hour) FTE pro rata
Actual Salary: £18,032.80 - £18,323.41 (subject to pay award)

We are looking for a friendly and professional receptionist/administrator to join our central team based in Poundbury, Dorchester. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and able to provide outstanding customer service to our visitors. As well as being our main receptionist, you will also be involved with supporting events held on site and providing admin assistance to our central team.

The pro rata salary shown is based on the number of hours and weeks worked and paid annual leave entitlement for an employee under 5 years’ service.
The salary quoted is the annual salary for the position at the time of advert. The salary will be paid in equal monthly instalments and will be adjusted at the start of employment and again if leaving part way through the school year to ensure the correct salary is received for the work completed in an academic year
