Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic Full-Time Receptionist to join us to support our daily projects.
The position is based Belfast, Airport Road, Co Antrim
Working pattern: Monday -Thursday from 08:30-17;00, Friday from 08:30-14:00

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • To greet and welcome visitors, being prompt, polite, and helpful to them.
  • To answer the telephone and transfer, as appropriate, to the required department.
  • Answer the company telephone in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Responding to emails.
  • Dealing with clients in a polite and friendly manner.
  • To take and deliver messages as necessary.
  • To ensure, following Fire Regulations, that all visitors sign in and out.
  • To keep the office tidy and ensure that important documents are not left lying about
  • General Administration duties.
  • Teamwork - work closely with our entire team who will introduce you to the operating system.
  • Manage the selection of candidates and undertake interviews for required sites.
  • Be ready to undertake any other task and project assigned to you by the team.
