JOB SUMMARY

We are looking to hire a Receptionist/Admin Officer in our laundry and drycleaning company to join our dynamic team in Ikoyi, Lagos State. Applicant must reside around Ikoyi and its environs

  • Minimum Qualification : OND
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 1 year

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of OND with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Must be familiar with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to utilize computer technology is Important.
  • Applicants should reside around Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Obalende, Iyana Oworo, Gbagada
    Remuneration: NGN 75,000
    Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Welcome customers warmly in person or via telephone and ascertain the problem or reason for calling.
  • Reach out to customers and verify account information.
  • Tag clothes with the customer’s name and order number and come up with ways to improve service.
  • Receive and diligently check garments thoroughly for defects before delivery.
  • Sell products and services and assist with.
  • Gather customer information, take payment information and other pertinent information
  • Reconcile accounts at the close of business.
