Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking to hire a Receptionist/Admin Officer in our laundry and drycleaning company to join our dynamic team in Ikoyi, Lagos State. Applicant must reside around Ikoyi and its environs
- Minimum Qualification : OND
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 1 year
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of OND with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Must be familiar with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to utilize computer technology is Important.
- Applicants should reside around Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Obalende, Iyana Oworo, Gbagada
Remuneration: NGN 75,000
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Welcome customers warmly in person or via telephone and ascertain the problem or reason for calling.
- Reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Tag clothes with the customer’s name and order number and come up with ways to improve service.
- Receive and diligently check garments thoroughly for defects before delivery.
- Sell products and services and assist with.
- Gather customer information, take payment information and other pertinent information
- Reconcile accounts at the close of business.
