OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in an office environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional customer support while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various clerical tasks efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in clerical tasks including data entry and managing office documentation.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and proactive in daily tasks.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
