Responsibilities:
Under limited supervision, the appropriate candidate performs jobs of various scope and complexity while exercising sound judgement. To include:
- Performs reception services such as receiving visitors, coordinating security access, answering phone calls, and accepting deliveries.
- Distributes mail, orders and stocks supplies, and coordinates conference room set-ups and other event support.
- Assists with shipping, receiving, and inventory.
- Maintains relationships with local leadership and other stakeholders and assists with requests.
- Communicates with employees and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate information, and address complaints.
- Troubleshoots problem areas, resolving issues and recommending solutions.
- Maintains data, makes reports, and performs general administrative duties for the Real Estate & Facilities organization.
- May focus activities on quality assurance or other programs as directed.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to handle; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl. The employee must also occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more.
Qualifications:
- High school plus 3-4 years relevant experience
- Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to succeed under limited direct supervision
Equal Pay Act: This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
