SUMMARY

As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at Ballantyne School of Music, you will be the first point of contact for our students and families. This role is essential in supporting our mission to provide exceptional music education while ensuring smooth daily operations at our school.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in an office environment preferred.
  • Strong customer support skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in data entry and computer literacy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
