Description:

Coastal Integrative Health & Wellness is recruiting for a receptionist/administrative assistant position for our busy naturopathic clinic. Our mission is to provide the highest quality naturopathic medical care. We are here to be of service and help guide our patients on their unique journey toward greater health and wellness.
We are seeking an individual who has a passion for helping people, and an interest in health, holistic wellness, and natural medicine.
Working at our front desk means you will be the face of our clinic and the main point of contact for our patients. As a part of our team, you will be expected to focus on providing the highest standard of customer service. Our ideal candidate is looking for a long term position where they can grow within their role over time.

Job Description:

  • Greeting patients as they enter the clinic
  • Creating a warm and welcoming environment
  • Answering and returning calls from patients
  • Scheduling patients
  • Rescheduling patients and coordinating patient care
  • Processing payments
  • Processing direct billing payments
  • End of day cash out
  • Organizing paperwork, scanning documents
  • Support with patient care e.g. supporting patients in filling out questionnaires
  • Regular inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment
  • Office cleaning
  • Laundering and folding of treatment table linens

Part-Time or Full-Time is available.
Part-time schedule: Tuesday to Friday 10:00am to 5:30pm
Full-time schedule Monday to Friday 10:00am to 5:30pm
Required Availability: Tuesday through Friday - 10:00am to 6:00pm
