Corrpro Canada is Canada’s largest corrosion engineering, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring business for protecting and preserving infrastructure. We provide professional corrosion consulting and cathodic protection engineering services to major oil companies, government agencies, municipal water, sewer and gas utilities, universities, and public transportation agencies. Corrpro Canada has complete construction installation services, including crews and equipment to install any cathodic protection system for any type of structure.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of receptionist, office administration and data entry experience
- Must have strong software skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Experience with JD Edwards, MS Dynamics, Journyx or similar systems highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with all levels in the organization
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- Experience or ability to prioritize tasks for completion in a timely and accurate manner
- Attention to detail is essential to the success of this role
- Able to work independently and display creativity, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrate initiative
Responsibilities:
- Perform as front desk receptionist
- Provide administrative support to operations and materials team
- Create invoices and process transactions in JD Edwards order management system
- Ensure all invoicing processing requirements are completed timely and accurately
- Enter data updates using application, such as Excel, Word, JD Edwards (Oracle), SmartSheet, SharePoint, and Nitro Pro
- Provide administrative support to members of the management team and field staff
- Take required safety courses, maintain records and systems
