The Receptionist serves as the face of the company by engaging and interacting with clients, answering basic business questions and interacting with others in a friendly and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments for team, and manage the front desk
- Utilize computerized systems to input information and update records
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns
- Manage scheduling calendar for team, experience with MS Office preferred
-Assist with office management tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining supplies
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations of the office
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant or in a similar front desk role is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computerized software for scheduling and recordkeeping, experience with MS Office, Outlook, MS Word, Excel beneficial
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Knowledge of accounting office procedures and terminology is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work some overtime during peak season

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
