Job Position: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Job Location: Agege, Lagos.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Office Administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities:
- Tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist in the preparation of repo
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to staff and management.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
