- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Outstanding customer service skills;
- Strong time management skill and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Ability to organization skills and attention to detail
- Kind, easy going and adaptable

Responsibilities:
- Answering and Directing phone calls to the appropriate person
- Sorting, Scanning and distribution of mail, faxes and other incoming document request
- General housekeeping of designated areas, including watering plants etc.
- Assist with boardroom bookings, arrange couriers, handle incoming deliveries.
- Other clerical duties required to assist the Admin Department when time permits.
