Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are recruiting an experienced Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our admin team providing a comprehensive administration service for our academy. The successful candidate will be a proactive team player with experience within an office environment. They will undertake general office duties including filing, parent communications, photocopying and scanning, and will support the Office Manager with the day to day running of the office.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential as the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors, filtering enquiries as appropriate. A good knowledge of ICT would also be beneficial. There may also be a requirement to liaise with caterers regarding food requirements for school trips, and organise refreshments for meetings and events.
