Description:

Osea Leisure Park is an award winning holiday park on the banks of the Blackwater Estuary.
We are looking for a full time receptionist to join the team. As a receptionist you are essential to the running of the park, liaising with both owners and guests and are responsible for delivering the 5* customer service they are used too.
It is important to have a flair for problem solving, organisation and a can do attitude.
The role will include working weekends on a rota basis.

QUALIFICATION’S AND EXPERIENCE

· A ‘can do’ attitude
· Flexible, approachable and helpful.
· Knowledge of Microsoft office.
· Reception/ office experience
· Customer service experience, with the confidence to deal with complaints and problems, face to face.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week

Responsibilities:

CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Receiving guest problems/ queries and passing them onto the duty manager.
· Maximising sales opportunities by promoting and representing the park.
· The first point of contact for guests, incoming telephone and email enquiries which require professional, enthusiastic and effective handling.

OTHER TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Management and Reporting duties include but are not limited to:
· Ensuring a good working relationship with all colleagues
· Liaising between all departments, management and external suppliers.
