OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in office setting and possess strong communication skills, along with proficiency in various office software.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in an office or similar front desk role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in phone systems and strong phone etiquette skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Experience with data entry and clerical tasks is necessary for success in this role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to interact with clients and team members professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Utilize phone systems to direct calls and take messages as necessary.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records and files.
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
  • Support the administrative team with basic accounting tasks as needed.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation, email correspondence, and calendar management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for clients.
