Description:

Balanced Numbers is seeking a receptionist to join their fun loving team for the tax season.
Ideal candidate must have;
· 3-5 years of reception/admin assistant experience as well as all Microsoft programs and standard office equipment and POS systems.
· Outstanding customer service attitude
· Must be organized
· Bookkeeping/income tax office experience is considered an asset for this position
· Must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule (Monday - Friday 2 PM - 9 PM and Saturdays 10 AM - 6 PM).
· Must be able to maintain a calm, organized front end
· Must be able to follow AHS COVID-19 guidelines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
