The opportunity
We are seeking two professional, customer-focused individuals to welcome all students, staff and visitors to Camberwell College of Arts and Chelsea College of Arts. The postholders will provide a comprehensive reception service that is delivered in a manner which fully supports the College and School identity and mission. You will provide information to a range of clients, including prospective and existing students, visitors and other enquirers, as well as routine administrative support to the Head of College Building Operations and support for the organisation and delivery of college events.
This post will require occasional travel between the sites and may require flexible working at evenings and weekends.
About you
We are looking for somebody with excellent customer care skills, strong communication and organisation skills and a strong desire to work in a busy, customer-facing environment. You will be the first point of contact for a busy reception and should be a good team player that is able to remain calm and professional during busy times.
Previous experience of working within a front-facing, busy office environment is essential, together with a good knowledge of IT software packages and administrative processes.
