B. Skinner Coaching & Psychotherapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated and professional receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing administrative tasks with efficiency and discretion.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or therapeutic setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office software and technology.
