Description:

Phoenix Education, a rapidly expanding tutoring centre in Sydney, is on the lookout for a dynamic receptionist to join our dedicated teaching team at our Hurstville location. We are in search of a motivated individual who boasts impeccable presentation, superior phone etiquette, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, a positive outlook, and meticulous attention to detail.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Serving as the front-line receptionist at our Hurstville location.
  • Delivering top-notch customer service for both face-to-face and telephone enquiries.
  • Handling various administrative tasks as needed under the guidance of the management.

We’re Searching For A Receptionist Who Is:

  • A strong communicator, proficient in both speaking and writing.
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring no aspect is overlooked.
  • Always looking for solutions, demonstrating a problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledgeable about the NSW education system, or willing to learn.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is a plus, though not mandatory.
