Description:
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Liaise with tenants and landlords daily
Schedule repairs and maintenance as required
Register new tenancies with RTB and maintain older registrations
Implement and administer all rent reviews
Organise utility switchovers, move ins & move outs
Ensure smooth running daily office tasks
Support the Office Manager and the Property Sales Team
Other tasks as assigned by the Financial Accountant
