Description:

40 WEEKS PER ANNUM (TO INCLUDE ONE WEEK DURING SUMMER HOLIDAYS)

Hours: 36 hours per week plus 1.5 hours contractual overtime per week -£1,359 per annum
8.00 am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday (30 minute lunch inclusive)

We are looking for an effective and highly organised administrator to work in the reception area of our school. You will be the first point of contact for all the visitors to the school managing the front desk activities and creating a positive first impression for our visitors and stakeholders. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, assist in organising meetings and events and play a key role in maintaining the school’s welcoming and professional environment.
