JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a friendly and organized Part-time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service in a professional environment. This role will contribute to ensuring the smooth operation of our office, where you will manage various administrative tasks while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using computer for scheduling and data management.
- Excellent phone/interpersonal skills with strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining professionalism.
The position is in office location, Monday through Friday, 9am to 3pm, 1 hr. lunch

Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls, emails and in-person inquiries promptly and manage inquiries with excellent etiquette.
- Greet visitors warmly, providing a positive and professional first impression.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area to create a welcoming environment, maintaining cleanliness for all visitor areas.
- Administer inbound/outbound mail, packages and courier services
- Arrange and book boardroom meetings and ensure it’s organized, with appropriate presentation equipment present for meetings.
- Receive and distribute documentation to office personnel.
- Scan and save all documents to server.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, and data entry.
- Operate office equipment including phone systems and computers efficiently.
- Ensure necessary office supplies are stocked and re-ordered when necessary.
- Other general office duties and assistance as assigned.
