Description:

OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To give advice and support both face to face and over the telephone
  • Controlling and reconciling fees, petty cash, residents money and funds.
  • Preparing monthly staff hours reports for payroll, monitoring and amending the TMS system.
  • Checking invoices, delivery notes and passing to head office monthly
  • To complete administration tasks for management/Head office.
  • Set up and monitor staff and resident files, both hard copy and digital files.

Responsibilities:

Magdalen Park, Hedon is part of the Yorkare Homes group.
The Home provides both residential and dementia care in separate areas.
The facilities include a residents’ bar, hair and beauty spa, bowls green and shop.
