Description:
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2–3 years of administrative experience.
- IT knowledge is a plus and will be beneficial for this role.
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills (this is essential, as you’ll be the face of our business).
- Clear, friendly, and professional interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer focus and dedication to providing excellent service.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Confident computer skills, with intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
- A quick learner with a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to customers visiting the branch office.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, live chats, and emails.
- Manage and process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Prepare and send electronic quotations, invoices, and statements upon request.
- Coordinate customer deliveries, pickups, and onsite services.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating to management when necessary.
- Record, collect, and bank customer payments accurately.
- Perform daily account reconciliations.
- Maintain a clean and organized office and showroom environment.
- Assist with monthly stocktakes as required.
- Provide light labor support, such as packing and unpacking IT devices, when needed.
