Description:

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2–3 years of administrative experience.
  • IT knowledge is a plus and will be beneficial for this role.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills (this is essential, as you’ll be the face of our business).
  • Clear, friendly, and professional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus and dedication to providing excellent service.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Confident computer skills, with intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
  • A quick learner with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to customers visiting the branch office.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, live chats, and emails.
  • Manage and process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Prepare and send electronic quotations, invoices, and statements upon request.
  • Coordinate customer deliveries, pickups, and onsite services.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Record, collect, and bank customer payments accurately.
  • Perform daily account reconciliations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office and showroom environment.
  • Assist with monthly stocktakes as required.
  • Provide light labor support, such as packing and unpacking IT devices, when needed.
