SUMMARY:

Working with AGAT Laboratories, you will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering “Service Beyond Analysis.” Our ideal candidate is a dynamic team player and is willing to assume new duties as required. As this is a mid-level position, you will be providing administrative and general office support to the team to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist required
  • Excellent multitasking and time-management skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational skills, prioritization and attention to details
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS office
  • The ability to work in both individually and in a team environment
  • Customer service experience a strong asse

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests and visitors ensuring sign-in and security
  • Answering phones and transferring calls
  • Relieve Management of administrative functions and tasks
  • Review, prepare, summarize and complete miscellaneous reports and documents
  • Other administrative tasks as required
