SUMMARY:
Working with AGAT Laboratories, you will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering “Service Beyond Analysis.” Our ideal candidate is a dynamic team player and is willing to assume new duties as required. As this is a mid-level position, you will be providing administrative and general office support to the team to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Proven work experience as a receptionist required
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational skills, prioritization and attention to details
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS office
- The ability to work in both individually and in a team environment
- Customer service experience a strong asse
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and visitors ensuring sign-in and security
- Answering phones and transferring calls
- Relieve Management of administrative functions and tasks
- Review, prepare, summarize and complete miscellaneous reports and documents
- Other administrative tasks as required
