Description:

We are seeking a Fixed Term Full Time Receptionist/Administration Officer to join our team Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm until May 2025 with possible extension, due to a Parental Leave cover.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

  • Previous administrative and rostering experience
  • Background in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Health Services is favourable but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion to put customers first
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
  • A flexible and team orientated approach
  • A driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
  • Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)

Responsibilities:

As a Front Receptionist, you will provide care and support that enhances our resident’s well-being, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.
You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of aging well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

What does your new role look like?

  • Providing a range of administrative and reception functions
  • Scheduling meetings, documentation, greeting guests, responding to queries over phone or via email
  • Maintaining client and staff database/records
  • Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders
  • Assisting with resident enquiry packs and newsletters
  • Assisting with facility accounts
  • Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all internal/external customers
