Description:
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage patient check-ins, appointments, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, taking messages when necessary.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about clinic services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist in the UAE .
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
SKILLS:
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and efficiency.
- Computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
- High attention to details.
