Description:

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage patient check-ins, appointments, and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, taking messages when necessary.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service.
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about clinic services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist in the UAE .
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

SKILLS:

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and efficiency.
  • Computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
  • High attention to details.
