What is the role doing:
The role will involve working as part of our Head Office Admin team and your key responsibility will be welcoming clients and visitors to the office.
You will mange the meeting rooms, refreshments and lunches throughout the week. You will also mange walk-ins, car parking and hot desk bookings.
As part of the admin team, you will help with sorting out the post together with other duties as they arise.
What do we look for:
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about client care and will meet and greet our clients with professionalism and friendliness.
Ideally, you’ll have some office administration and data entry experience, although for the right candidate this isn’t essential.
