Job Description:
We currently have an opening for a Receptionist in our Vancouver office.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Manage incoming phone calls.
- Assist guests and visiting staff at the front desk.
- Data entry and various administrative duties as required.
- Organize courier deliveries and handle mail.
- Manage office supplies.
- Arrange catering and assist with meeting set up.
- Interact with Building Management on various requests, including access cards and parking.
- Daily maintenance of kitchen area (replenish supplies, unload dishwashers, light cleaning, etc.)
- Perform other duties and assist with special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist would be an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and other office software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly detail oriented and accurate.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to multi-task and work with deadlines.

The salary range for this position is $50,000.00 to $60,000.00, and is commensurate with experience relative to this position
