Job Description:
We currently have an opening for a Receptionist in our Vancouver office.

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Manage incoming phone calls.
  • Assist guests and visiting staff at the front desk.
  • Data entry and various administrative duties as required.
  • Organize courier deliveries and handle mail.
  • Manage office supplies.
  • Arrange catering and assist with meeting set up.
  • Interact with Building Management on various requests, including access cards and parking.
  • Daily maintenance of kitchen area (replenish supplies, unload dishwashers, light cleaning, etc.)
  • Perform other duties and assist with special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist would be an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and other office software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly detail oriented and accurate.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with deadlines.

The salary range for this position is $50,000.00 to $60,000.00, and is commensurate with experience relative to this position
