Join our team and as we #savesight in Central Texas. We are looking for a responsible, bilingual, self-motivated individual who wants to be the star of our patient satisfaction team. You will welcome, check in and provide that extra customer experience in one of our 15 busy clinics.

Other duties will include:

  • Greet, check in and check out patients. Capturing insurance and other key information, scanning documents as needed and collecting co-pays.
  • You will stay in frequent communication via chat, phone and email with our clinical staff and insurance/billing staff

Essential technical skills that will make you successful in this role include:

  • Bilingual required
  • Skill with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick and accurate keyboarding and data entry skills. Simultaneously use multiple computer systems/screens to communicate and input information
  • Skill/ability with efficient computer use including browsers, multiple windows/tabs, scanners, etc.
  • Warm demeanor and personality while engaging with patients and staff. Be the welcome committee with a smile
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships in a high-paced, sometimes high-stress environment
  • Ability to be on time, alert, ready for work and to make a difference for our patients

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to see and hear patients and coworkers
Ability to speak loud enough for patients to hear
Ability to operate computer devices continually during the work day
Ability to stand for several hours at a time
