Woodlands Care Home is looking for a Receptionist (Bank) to join brand-new, purpose-built care facility.
This is the first new luxury care home to be built in Aberdeen for 10 years, which offers Residential, Nursing & Dementia care for 81-residents.
A key element of the role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to develop good relationships with residents, relatives, employees and external professionals is essential.
We are looking for candidates with at least 1 years experience in a admin / reception enviroment.
Responsibilities:
To answer incoming telephone calls and route them accordingly or deal positively with any resulting enquiries.
To sort through incoming mail and distribute accordingly.
To respond positively to any face-to-face enquiries and help where possible to both visitors and clients
To provide secretarial support, maintain records and provide updated resident information on a daily/weekly basis.
General filing and record maintenance
Photocopying
To work towards company policies and assist and contribute where possible.
Any other duties considered reasonable by the manager or proprietor
As Receptionist, you will ensure the care homes high standards are always maintained and that each team member treats residents in the way that they would like to be treated.
