POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in French and English is required
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Facilitate payment processing and ensure accurate record keeping of customer transactions.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
- Ensure coffee bar is stocked and area is kept clean.
- Ensure waiting area is presentable and clean.
- Write personalized tags for upcoming appointments.
- Additional tasks required by management.
