Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company, greeting clients, visitors, and employees, and ensuring that they have a positive experience. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintain a calm and professional demeanor, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Phone Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Take accurate messages when necessary.
  • Scheduling: Manage and maintain meeting room bookings and assist in coordinating appointments and meetings.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general clerical and administrative support, including data entry, filing, copying, and preparing documents.
  • Mail and Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries to the appropriate departments.
  • Office Supplies: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • General Assistance: Assist various departments with ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
