Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company, greeting clients, visitors, and employees, and ensuring that they have a positive experience. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintain a calm and professional demeanor, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Phone Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Take accurate messages when necessary.
- Scheduling: Manage and maintain meeting room bookings and assist in coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Administrative Support: Provide general clerical and administrative support, including data entry, filing, copying, and preparing documents.
- Mail and Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries to the appropriate departments.
- Office Supplies: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
- General Assistance: Assist various departments with ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
