Responsibilities:
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay with us.
To provide an unforgettable experience and this starts with Reception – not just on arrival but through the whole process of booking to departure.
- To follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual – Reservations, Sales, Check In and Check Out Procedures
- To achieve sales in line with company objectives
- To promote additional products and services within the hotel and group brand
- To maintain exemplary billing systems and obtain all payments from customers in accordance with company Policy, and the accurate accounting and processing of all reception sales.
- To maintain high standards of hospitality, processing bookings, up selling, salesmanship, financial and reporting diligence.
- To support the reservations team with booking support.
- To ensure all complaints are minimized and handled professionally as in accordance with hotel policy
- To ensure a good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel
- Stock replenishment of department areas
- Ensure daily updates are communicated throughout the hotel
- Follow legislation relating to job role.

- To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
