JOB SUMMARY:
Boyd Jones is seeking a dedicated and personable Receptionist who will serve as the front-line professional in our office. This role is ideal for someone who excels in providing outstanding service and support, ensuring every interaction is met with friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail.

EXPERIENCE*:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of previous receptionist, clerical or customer service-related experience required
EDUCATION & TRAINING*:
- Minimum of a High School degree required; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and Assist Guests: Greet all visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, providing information, directions, and a sense of hospitality to ensure they feel supported and welcome.
Efficient Call Management: Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating attentiveness and problem-solving skills by addressing inquiries or redirecting calls to the appropriate personnel with efficiency and professionalism.
Mail and Office Coordination: Oversee all mail responsibilities, including pick-up, drop-off, and internal distribution, while coordinating express mail services to ensure smooth operations.
Supply Management: Maintain office and breakroom supplies by meticulously managing orders, receiving stock, and ensuring items are well-organized and available when needed.
Office Maintenance: Uphold the appearance and functionality of the office, break room, and conference rooms by managing cleanliness and organization, contributing to a professional and welcoming environment.
Support for Team Members: Provide proactive support to team members by assisting with various tasks, such as arranging meetings, facilitating payments, and ordering lunches, while demonstrating a helpful and solution-oriented attitude.
Reliability and Presence: Be a reliable presence at your desk, ensuring you are available before scheduled visitor arrivals and using downtime effectively to maintain the smooth operation of front desk activities.
Equipment Oversight: Oversee the maintenance and functionality of office equipment, addressing any issues promptly to prevent disruptions.
Additional Responsibilities: Take on additional duties as assigned, showing initiative and adaptability in supporting the overall needs of the office.
