Description:
We’re looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist to join our team!
In this role, you will ensure our office and reception area provide a welcoming environment for both internal and external customers. You’ll collaborate with various departments to deliver seamless administrative support and help meet the needs of our business. Responsibilities:
- Manage reception and provide exemplarily customer service to all visitors.
- Answers phone and routes all calls and messages to appropriate party.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Manage the maintenance of all office business machines, identify required equipment, and coordinate overall office space and environment needs.
- Problem-solve inquiries and questions from customers and employees.
- Regularly complete office procedures and provide support to office employees.
- Welcome new employees, take their ‘First Day Photo,’ and handle onboarding tasks.
- Coordinate meetings and provides meeting support, as required.
- Assist with accounting functions including receipt collection and matching with statements.
- Maintain inventory records and supply levels. Order supplies as required.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team by delivering assistance and administrative support on various projects.
- Maintain a stocked supply of all necessary office items (stationary, supplies, food, etc.) while maintaining a monthly budget.
- Manage the organization and cleanliness of the office space and kitchen and conducting frequent checks throughout the day.
- Perform any other duties as required.
