Description:
OUR COMPANY ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED SYSTEM ONE USER TO WORK WITHIN OUR THREE SITES.
Caritas Group Practice is a busy three site GP surgery, with Mindful Employer status, serving the needs of approximately 8,500 patients in North Halifax.
We are looking for an experienced medical Receptionist / Administrator to provide all elements of reception and administrative support including; call handling, processing appointments, retrieving, scanning, coding and filing clinical correspondence, processing registrations and deductions and other elements of patient services administration.
Full-time/part-time/job-share hours will be considered within core opening hours 0800-1830 Monday to Friday with occasional evenings and weekend working required in line with our extended hours contract and Covid vaccination clinics. Flexibility is crucial to ensure cover for absence and training.
A self-starter with drive and ambition, you will be well supported with on-going professional development and training with peer support. You must be proactive and self-motivated, but most importantly, have a passion for maintaining high standards with the patient at the centre of all that you do.
The post-holder, working in partnership with the wider practice team, will be the effective link between patients and clinicians. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, together with experience of clinical IT systems (System One essential).
