As we approach our 10th anniversary in 2025, we are excited to announce a special collaboration with Paris’ acclaimed restaurant Jaïs, led by Chef Jaïs Mimoun.
From October 18th to December 20th, we will transform into a Parisian-inspired brasserie, offering a limited-time menu of modern French cuisine enriched with international influences. Join us in creating an unforgettable dining experience that blends Parisian elegance with our warm, inviting atmosphere.

THE ROLE:
Are you a people-oriented, professional individual who thrives in a vibrant and fast-paced environment? We are seeking a warm and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring exceptional service from the moment guests arrive to the moment they leave. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering an outstanding dining experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guest Reception & Seating: Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival, seat them, and recognize regulars and VIP clients to create a personalized experience.
- Booking Management: Utilize SEVENROOMS to manage and allocate tables ahead of service, while accommodating walk-ins as needed.
- Communication: Provide clear and effective communication with managers, kitchen staff, and colleagues to ensure a smooth service. Relay important guest notes and preferences to the team.
- Complaint Resolution: Handle guest complaints, requests, and inquiries regarding food and beverage in a calm and responsive manner.
- Showcase the Venue: Be available to showcase the restaurant and private dining room for potential event bookings.
