Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center is hiring for a part time Receptionist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to be a team player.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to sit/ remain at desk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet
- May be necessary to assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations
Specific Requirements
- Works beyond normal working hours; evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action and to remain calm during emergency situations
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public
- Must possess a cheerful personality and be able to work harmoniously with other personnel

Responsibilities:
- Greets visitors.
- Direct to appropriate office and/or resident room
- Give directions/information to visitors, guests, residents, sales representatives, etc
- Answer and operate telephones; determine nature of call and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
- Receive inquiries and release information in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Manage Beauty Shop requests; assists with scheduling appointments
- Assist the Business Office with administrative duties as directed (Includes receiving and receipting cash, checks, and meals sales)
- Provide administrative support across the organization (i.e., filing, data entry, mailings, correspondence etc.)
- Operate computer, copier, office machines, etc.
- Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
