We believe in investing in those who invest in us, constantly working to build a collaborative and friendly working environment while offering top-tier benefits and generous pension packages to our eligible full-time employees with purposeful, rewarding work, supportive supervisors, and positive, engaged work teams.Reporting to the Manager of Employment Services & Academic Upgrading, the successful candidate will perform all receptionist duties, including responding to telephone, emails, and in-person requests.What you will be doing:Provide general clerical services such as incoming and outgoing mail preparation;Manage petty cash and office equipment needs;Direct incoming clients/students appropriately; andProvide ancillary services such as reserving board rooms, coordinating special events, and booking appointments with clients/students.A detailed job description is available from the Human Resource Services department.What you will need to be considered:One (1) year certificate in Office Administration, Business, or a related/relevant field of study; andOne (1) year of relevant clerical experience, preferably in an educational or government agency setting with multiple assignment responsibilities.The successful candidate must be able to multi-task as well as prioritize and organize their work to ensure they meet deadlines.
