Job Description
The Receptionist will support the work of the Site Director and Team by performing duties as specifically requested, such as copying data, compiling information, filing, tabulating, recording, distributing, and handling materials, stock, or supplies. This role is also critical to the success of Employee Engagement activities by being directly responsible for designing events and overseeing all stages of execution.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s degree in related field with one to three years of relevant experience preferred
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Creative event planning which would include designing and executing Employee Engagement activities and Client site visits.
- Exceptional attention to detail, solid professionalism and reliability in maintaining confidentiality.
- Must reside in Canada or have a valid Canadian address for residence.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
- Maintains Site Director’s calendar, makes appointments, and arranges for meeting rooms and travel needs
- Be responsible for creating and executing Employee Engagement activities and planning for Client Site visits.
- Prepares business presentation documents and spreadsheets
- Type, may take transcribe dictation, and establishes and maintains a variety of office files
- Maintains recurring internal reports including and not limited to purchase order creation, reporting and reconciliations for the Site.
- Requisitions supplies, printing, maintenance, or other services through appropriate channels
- Responds to routine telephone requests which have standard answers; refers calls and visitors to appropriate staff
